Holiday Returns & Exchanges
To make holiday shopping seamless, eligible orders placed between October 26, 2026 and January 1, 2027 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2027.
Returns may be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit. Returns and exchanges may be made by mail or at Jennifer Fisher stores. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear or damage.
- All returns must include the original packing slip.

Return Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a $10.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free and are not subject to the $10.95 return shipping fee.
International Returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and shipping costs associated with their return.
How to Return
All returns must be submitted through our official returns portal. Jennifer Fisher is not responsible for items returned outside of this process.
